Return policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).

  • Personal care items (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics, or undergarments) that have been opened.

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@oursales.co.uk or call us at 01902 239168 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

  3. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and include a note inside explaining the reason for the return.

  4. Send the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to confirm the availability of the desired replacement. Once your return is received and approved, we will process the exchange promptly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with your claim. Our team will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
